Coming 2026 and 2027
Coming Fall 2026: Big Texas and Suspects: Crime at the State Fair of Texas, an anthology edited by Michael Bracken which will include my story “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Likes,” featuring PI Cleo Jimenez.
Coming Fall 2026: A new Bad Vibes Removal Services story! “Airplane Vibes” is coming in a new magazine, Matchlight Mystery!
Coming in October 2026, the new SMFS Mystery Magazine, a collaboration between Murderous Ink Press and the Short Mystery Fiction Society. I will have an essay in the first issue and a short story reprinted in the second issue, which is schedule for spring 2027.

Cryin’ Shame: Crime Fiction Inspired by the Songs of Lyle Lovett is scheduled for release in 2027. My story “The Mocking Ones” will appear in this anthology.

A carnival themed anthology and a female PI themed anthology, each containing a story of mine, are also pending publication. The word is that both are scheduled for 2027.
My novella in Michael Bracken’s Chop Shop series which was scheduled to be released in March 2026 has been delayed. Entitled “Grand Theft Artwork,” the closure of the publisher knocked this story out of the publication pathway it was on. A new publisher has been found, but I don’t have a publication date yet.
